This 37 year-old mother four had a badly damaged abdomen, access out of the abdomen, hips and back, breast, asymmetry and deflation, and volume loss in her buttocks. she underwent a two stage mommy makeover, which is sometimes necessary. The first stage involved saline breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus ceiling implants. 540 cc was placed on the left and 475 cc on the right. In addition, she had down abdominoplasty and 360 liposuction. The second stage involved fat grafting of the buttocks. Provision trunk liposuction was performed followed by 650 cc of graft placed on the left and 600 cc on the right side due to asymmetry. She is one year postop in the after images.
